I have a grave / cemetery I know of that needs restoration. What can I do?

You can become a member of NYSOCC. Our volunteers work in the field and remotely online. Your membership will fund the materials necessary for the preservation of New York’s neglected burial sites.

What work can I do if I join and volunteer?

Our online tutorial videos and downloadable workshop material (coming soon!) will teach you whichever skills you’d like to learn. Your level of volunteering is entire up to you.

Can I join even if I can’t volunteer my time at a cemetery?

Of course you can! Work, raising children, all of life’s trials take so much of our time. You don’t have to let that stop you from becoming a valued member. Your membership support helps our cause, even if you can’t volunteer your valuable time.

Can I donate without volunteering?

Absolutely. NYSOCC accepts planned giving or memorial donations. To do so, click the join button at the top of any page on our site and click the Donate button or contact us for help. We would love to hear from you.
